registrar whose experience may include:
- CAISS, CSTR, RHIT, RHIA, RN, a bachelor’s degree or
other credentials
- Participation in at least one successful
verification process.

our website. If you do not wish certain
information to be posted, you do not need to complete
that area.
The registrar that
requires mentoring will contact you for assistance.
